An MTG type dual land I painted in oils last year. My Portfolio was lacking landscapes and stronger environment work so I decided to create my own dual land and opted for red/black. I started with thumbnails then moved to a digital sketch, then to oils.
I learned a decent amount painting this, particularly as it was my first time painting a landscape with no character elements and I've applied some of that knowledge to more recent works.
