Hi, I had the pleasure of painting this image for the 4Season Tournaments summer 2025, where I'll be one of the guest artists. This will be printed as the limited edition playmat for the event.
The painting portrays the "Basilica di San Luca" near Bologna, the city that hosts the event. This is the first large oil painting I did and despite the simple composition and atmosphere it was quite challenging. The painting came out great anyway and I'm glad it's going to a friend and collector that really appreciates traditional artworks.
