I am very excited to start posting here, I am not really familiar with the platform just yet but what I've seen so far reminded me of DevianArt in the good old days and I mean it as the biggest compliment. I love the guidelines and the AI policy, honestly IAMAG Community feels like a breath of fresh air, or like a patch of green grass in a burning wasteland. I definitely want to migrate my portfolio here so I have enough to post for a couple of weeks 😄
My name is Polina, I am an artist and an illustrator based in Dublin. I have always struggled with social media and consistent posting but I want to give it another go. I have been drawing since I can remember myself, discovered digital art as a teenager and instantly fell in love with it. I briefly studied fine arts and animation but I think that formal education stalled my skills to an extent and that I have learnt most things on my own.
I am currently working as a Lead Artist on a fun table top RPG project, for which I draw a bunch of mythological creatures (honestly, it's so much fun!).
I love music, books, and history. I am inspired by people, good stories, and human-made art. I play video games in my free time and hit my friends with swords.
I am really looking forward to becoming a part of this community!
