By participating in the IAMC26 Art Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and inspiring experience for all artists.
π 1. Eligibility
Open to artists of all ages and skill levels, worldwide.
Only individual submissions are accepted β no group entries.
π¨ 2. Submission Requirements
You may use any medium (digital, traditional, 3D) unless a challenge specifies otherwise.
Submissions must be original and created specifically for each challenge.
All entries must be submitted via the official IAMAG FOrms before the deadline.
π« 3. Prohibited Content and Practices
AI-generated artwork is strictly prohibited. Use of AI tools to generate or heavily assist your work will result in disqualification.
You may not use copyrighted materials (textures, photos, elements, etc.) unless you own or have explicit permission to use them.
If you use references or external assets (e.g., photographs, 3D models, scans), you must clearly state the source and confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
Any work containing offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content will be rejected.
π 4. Scoring , Judging and Timeline
Each valid submission will be scored on the following criteria:

Bonus Points may be awarded (+3 pts) for behind-the-scenes videos or process breakdowns.
Late submissions incur a -1 pts penalty. No-show = 0 pts.

Each challenge will be reviewed by a rotating panel of professional artists and industry experts.
Judges will remain anonymous to protect neutrality and avoid bias.
Scores are final and will not be revised once published.

Must be 18 years or older by July 3, 2026
You must not submit work previously done for school assignments
π©βπ» Professional / Freelance
You must not submit work previously created for a client, company, or studio
Submissions must be original and created specifically for each challenge.

π¬ Already a ticket or Master Classes holder?
If you win a prize you've already purchased, youβll be reimbursed:
Grand Prize: Full ticket refund if you've already booked
Second Prize: Lifetime access refund if you've already unlocked it
Third Prize: A one-year extension or transferable gift code
π Note:
Participants are responsible for securing their passport, visa, or any required travel documents
IAMAG will cover flight and hotel, but not additional personal expenses or paperwork fees
π₯ 7. Use of Submissions
By submitting your artwork, you grant IAMAG the non-exclusive right to showcase it on:
Official websites
Social media
Event materials (e.g., recap reels, galleries)
You retain full ownership and authorship of your artwork.
π‘οΈ 8. Disqualification and Review
IAMAG reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
Violate these terms
Engage in plagiarism or unauthorized AI use
Submit incomplete or irrelevant entries
Behave disrespectfully toward other participants or the community
